Hi! I’m Kyle!
And at just 21, I’ve been lucky enough to turn my love for baking into a career that’s taken me places I never imagined.
I graduated from Saint Bernard School in Uncasville, CT, and later from Johnson & Wales University, where I honed my skills and discovered my passion for pastry. Now, I’m thrilled to be showcasing that passion on a national stage as a contestant on the premiere season of Holiday Bake Shop, airing November 2 on the Flavour Network.
These days, I’m proud to be part of the team at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, a Forbes Five-Star luxury beach resort near Charleston, SC. It’s an incredible place to create — combining refined technique with creativity every single day.
Beyond the resort kitchen, I also get to share what I love most through teaching. As a pastry instructor in Charleston, I welcome students who want to learn everything from mastering classic pastries to crafting desserts that steal the spotlight at any celebration. My goal is to make professional-level pastry fun, approachable, and something everyone can enjoy.
